The California escrow industry · one front door

The home for the escrow
industry's public records.

EscrowAtlas is the unifying index above the chapter properties: EscrowMap, EscrowMinutes, EscrowCalendar, and the staged chapters. Each page is source-linked, freshness-stamped, and correction-friendly.

A public-interest project maintained by Veto. Not an official government or association source. Always check against the linked primary.

Every chapter carries a freshness stamp. If the stamp exceeds 14 days, treat the page as stale and use the primary source directly.

A front door, not an authority

We point you to the record. We don't decide anything.

EscrowAtlas indexes what's public and walks you to it. Every listing, record, and case links to its official source — the regulator, the court, the association. The authority stays where it belongs.

The principle

You search across the network We surface the public record You open the official source

The same posture as Veto itself: record the review, surface the truth, never hold the authority.

The charter

How this institution works

What this is

A fast, calm, source-linked reference network for the escrow industry. Each page is a record about the industry: rosters, fees, actions, deadlines, calendars. Stamped with what it is, what it is not, where every fact came from, and when an agent last checked it.

What this is not

Not an official body, not an association site, not a lead-gen funnel, not a blog, not a product pitch. The Veto attribution is one quiet, consistent line. Product never interrupts reference.

Methodology

Every page carries a freshness stamp (last checked by agent), uncertainty flags, and a corrections path. Material changes get human review. Routine refreshes may complete on agent review alone once the page template is human-reviewed.

Claim boundary

Never imply official government or association status. Never publish rankings. Never present enforcement summaries without linking the order itself. No claims about Veto product efficacy on Atlas surfaces. The first time Atlas picks a winner, it becomes marketing and dies.

The corrections desk

Corrections desk

See an error? A wrong status, a stale address, a missing licensee? Email [email protected]. Corrections are acknowledged within 7 days. The registry of record always wins.

For EscrowMap corrections specifically, use the correction path on the listing page at escrowmap.org.
